    Very rude waitress, my grandmother asked about the sea salt that it clearly said they offered she says in a very rude snarky tone “ it’s just salt and pepper”. My grandmother asked about online ordering or carry out she replied were on google. I live right across the street, I also work across the street and I will never recommend that someone come here and be treated the way we were. Will be in tomorrow to speak with the GM here because it’s truly unbelievable that you could employee someone who is genuinely that to rude to the same people who make sure she gets a pay check. After all of that my grandmother still tipped her 3.00 in fear that she would do something to her food because I asked that a manager address her attitude. Ridiculous

    Confirmed that this place just doesn't work for us. They are known for their wings and my family just doesn't do spicy. We picked two of the lowest sauces on the spicy meter and my son wouldn't eat either one. I must say that the server was awesome. I asked for a small basket of "naked" wings to replace my son's order. She had the Manager remove the wings he didn't like from our bill so we didn't have to pay for them. The one drawback to the service, and no reflection on the server, was that the kitchen was really slow. It took 45 minutes to get our original order and another 30 minutes to get my son's replacement order. Sorry BW3... you used to be one of my favorite places, but you don't really cater to families who don't do spicy wings.

    Wings are expected. Not the best in the world, but still pretty good. Great selection of sauces from melt your face to pretty mild. Always have had great service! Never let's you down.

    Was perfect place for watching opening Friday of March Madness. Tyler did a great job of serving us, making sure we had what we wanted and making us feel welcome to focus on basketball & friends. Very consistent, positive experience from this location each time I have been here.

    I have been to this this Bee-Dubs location several times over a multiple year period and the service has been consistently terrible. We went to lunch today and there was a hair in the food and it took an hour plus for lunch. Servers are consistently slow and seemingly distracted with no real urgency or focus on customer service. Not sure how this location survives F-
